1. Do I have to book online to get this Electirc Picnic Bus Service or can arrive on the day without a booking?
You do not have to book in advance you can arrive on the day with no pre-booking. The advantage of pre-booking is that you will get the fare for €20. If you arrive on the day with no prebooking you will be charge €25 return or €15 one way.
2. Can I book a return bus fare only online in advance to Electric Picnic ?
It is not possible to book a return from Stradbally to Dublin only in advance. It can be purchase in the bus park in Stradbally on a demand basis.
3. What happens if I book a return time for the Electric Picnic bus and I want to go earlier or later ?
We will be flexable with people in this regard but we have to give priority to people who have turned up at the correct time for their service before we deal with people who are looking to go at different times from what they have booked.
4. Are you running a Electric Picnic Bus Service from Dublin to Stradbally on Sunday 2nd of September and can I book this online ?
Yes we are running a service from Stillorgan Flyover UCD at 11:00 George's Quay 11:15
5. Will the return buses, stop at each of the pick up points?
Yes unless advised otherwise at the time of loading the coach the bus will stop at George's Quay and Stillorgan Flyover at UCD. We can stop at other points on the route back, please request this with the driver of the coach.
6. Do I have to sign and return a booking to your office for the trip ?
No you do not have to sign or return anything to us when you book online as you have already agreed to our terms and conditions, during the booking process.

FAQ for the Slane Bus Service
Payment for your ticket can be made via all major credit or debit cards, please note any payment made by credit card will be subject to a 3% surcharge.
Coaches will depart from Custom house Quay on the hour starting from 11:00 right through till 16:00. Please arrive 15 minutes before your chosen departure time to avoid delays.
Return coaches will leave after the concert and will depart from the bus cark park where you were dropped off.
All you need to bring to the bus with you is your booking reference number and confirmation, this number is the five digit number beginning with 9 found at the top of your invoice.
Please note you DO NOT have to sign and return your booking confirmation received via email. This is an automatically generated email sent out by our booking system and does not refer to coach transfers.
If you receive a cancellation invoice this means that your payment was unable to be processed and your card HAS NOT been charged. This can be due to a typing error when inserting your card details. In the case of this happening you can log onto your booking account and make your booking again.
You may only pre-book return journeys online single tickets are available for purchase from the stewards at the bus stop. If you intend to wish to buy your ticket on the day please arrive at the bus stop half an hour before your chosen departure time.
